This little mod changes some aspects of game play. Here are some of the changes:
-50 rounds per clip for assault characters -16 rockets instead of 6 for anti-tank characters -6 grenades for all characters -8 for sniper/scout -browning machine gun mounted on jeep -mg42 machine gun on kubelwagen -browning machine gun on priest -mg42 machine gun on wespe
firepower mod ver. 0.2 installation: unzip init.con and objects.rfa to your battlefield 1942\mods folder(make sure "use folder names" is checked). that's it! just click on "custom game" in the main menu, click on firepower in the list, and click on "active" in the lower right-hand corner to activate the mod. then just play as normal! description: this is just a quick mod i'm throwing together to slightly modify bf1942's gameplay. i've just started working with this game's scripting language 5 days ago, and after reading a few tutorials, i've already got several mods implemented(that's how easy it is to get started)! soooo, i got to work modifying a few things: done: -50 rounds per clip for assault characters(allied & axis) -16 rockets instead of 6 for anti-tank characters -6 grenades for all characters -15 rounds per clip for all sidearms -10 rounds per clip for engineer -8 for sniper/scout -browning machine gun mounted on jeep(VERY cool IMHO) -mg42 machine gun on kubelwagen(axis version of jeep/scoutcar) -browning machine gun on priest -mg42 machine gun on wespe*(the icon that shows what position you are in while in the tank is slightly off) *i attached a barrel to the wespe to look like a machine gun hatch :p planned: -more bombs for b17 -a bunch of other stuff i can't think of right now(and some stuff i can't implement yet) ;) anyway, i hope u enjoy this mod, and feel free to let me know what you think on the planetbattlefield forums, or here: firstname.lastname@example.org
