----------------------------------------------------- REAL SOUNDS for BF9142 and RTR VERSION 2! by: Fluffyinsanity (Formerly known as General Fluffy) ----------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT: Your Sounds Must Be Set To 44 KHZ What is included: - Improved Sounds Over Version 1 of BF1942 Real Sounds - Init.con files for BF1942 and RTR, so that you don't have to do stuff your self! - The External Soldier View Addon: F9= 1ST Person, F10= 3RD Person, F11= Front View, F12= Cinematic Camera To Install (BF1942): 1.)Copy and paste the folder "SFX" into your "Mods" directory. 2.)Copy the "init.con" that is in "BF1942 INIT" into your "Mods/BF192/" directory. (Click yes to overwrite.) 3.)Then just start up the game, no acitivation required!(Will work on EVERY server!) To Install (RTR): 1.)Copy and paste the folder "SFX" into your "Mods" directory. (If you already haven't done so.) 2.)Copy the "init.con" that is in "RTR INIT" into your "Mods/XPack1/" directory. (Click yes to overwrite.) 3.)Then just start up the game, no acitivation required!(Will work on EVERY server!) To Uninstall (Both games): 1.)Open init.con(s) and remove this line: game.addModPath Mods/sfx 2.)Remove the SFX folder from the Mods directory What Sounds Have Been Changed: - Mp40 (1st and 3rd person) - MP18 (1st and 3rd person) - Colt 45 (1st and 3rd person) - Thompson (One sound for 1st and 3rd person) - BAR (One sound for 1st and 3rd person) - Browning MG (One Sound for 1st and 3rd person) - MG42 (One Sound for 1st and 3rd person) - No 4 Lee-Enfield (1st and 3rd person) - Mauser Kar 98 (1st and 3rd person) - Breda Modella 30 (One sound for 1st and 3rd person) - Sten SMG (1st and 3rd person) - Grenade Explosion - Walther P38 (1st and 3rd person) - MP40 Realoading Sounds - Rifle Rechambering and Reloading Sounds - Knife Swinging Sounds Notes: This will work in Single Player and on ANY MULTIPLAYER SERVER!
