From the Readme:
This mod is specially designed for dogfights and gives rockets to the Mustang,Me109,Spitfire(2 rockets),Corsair and Zero(6 rockets).....
I also changed the rate of fire on the MGsand the velocity of the bullets,MG have 9999 bullets and rockets unlimited ammo(it's for dogfight,not real gameplay!!).
If you don't like it you can extract this .rfa-file,change the .con-files and make yourself a new .rfa with less ammo for planes....
