This changes the in-game overhead map to show where the ammunition and medical supply points are located. I made this map in the style of LTD-SpikE, who came up with the original (brilliant) idea. I used my own annotated maps (at http://www.acm.org/tog/editors/erich/1942/) for the supply point locations.

Installation: Put the included *_666.rfa file in the "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Archives\bf1942\levels" directory. If you no longer want to use it, simply delete it (or rename it with some suffix like ".supplies", so that it is not loaded).

Technical note, in case you use other mods: the file in this minimod ends with _666.rfa. The way modification files work is that the original files are read in, then the additional data files are applied in the order that they're numbered, e.g. the _000.rfa file is read in next and applied, then _001.rfa, etc. as they exist. So, this file has an arbitrarily high number of _666.rfa to it, which I'm trusting that EA/DICE will never use for their own patches. Other mod makers may (and do) use higher numbers than this, so if this map does not show up in your game, you might have a mod with a higher number in your levels directory. Simply change the name of this minimod map file so that its number is higher still.
