Here is a blood mod made by j211shadowman, here is what he has to say:
A simple Blood addon I created for My Highway To Hell Mod,although it can be used in any mod that loads the original BF2 object resources by adding it to the server archives.con file. I didn't want it to be an insane amount of blood like other goofy looking blood mods, but I didn't want it to be just a puff of red smoke like a lot of other so called blood mods....and I wanted it to bewell....Juicy. So I have used the default animations for bullet hits on water, adjusted the size and animation speed, made them several shades of red and brown, added a simple particle burst effect to simulate blood spattering. On a side note, I have made a nice addition for head shots: I'll just say this, it's nice and chunky....
So, if you feel that your game isn't gory enough, or this interests you for any other reason, download it and give it a try. Enjoy!
Readme
This is a simple Addon I created for My Highway To Hell mod To add blood when a soldier gets shot. If you do not have My Mod,you can still use this addon,this package extracts to "Battlefield 2/Mods/Nuke" by default,if you would like to use it in other mods just move Blood_server.zip to the folder of the mod you wish to add it to and add "fileManager.mountArchive blood_server.zip Objects" to the server archives.con file and you should be good to go!
