Conflict 2142 v2.60 to v2.91 Patch

Conflict 2142 released a new patch today fixing a good amount of bugs and tweaking some weapons. With a major overhaul to the modifications code, Conflict 2142 once again, brings more balance fixes and stability into the reworked, futuristic Battlefield.
