Map inspired to Pearl Harbour 's Japanese attack of Sunday 7 December 1941. There are Two Main Bases untakeable and six flags to fight for, three of which are in the air at 200 meters, and can be owned by a plane passing by twice. The other three Control Points on ground are: a secondary airfiled, "Hickham Airfield", the "Naval Shipyard", and "Pearl City".

Map description: 
Map inspired to Pearl Harbour 's Japanese attack of Sunday 7 December 1941.
There are Two Main Bases untakeable and six flags to fight for, three of which 
are in the air at 200 meters, and can be owned by a plane passing by twice. The 
other three Control Points on ground are: a secondary airfiled, "Hickham Airfield",
the "Naval Shipyard", and "Pearl City". 


INSTALLING INSTRUCTIONS
- Run EXE file and select your game main folder location 
  Example:

Changes from v.1.0 :

- Q bug has been fixed (THX to Bg42 team for help www.battlegroup.com)
- Japanese now can spawn only on Aircraft carriers.
- Ai has been improved (even if not perfect)
- Added background sounds.
- Added a lot of little boat to avoid boring swimming.
- Map name: from Pearl_Harbour to Pearl_Harbor
- "Ford Island" and "Hickham Field" are uncappable (as in the movie)
- Minor bugs fixed (terrain under farm, flying mg42, and others...)
- Intro screen has been changed a little.



EDITING IMPROVEMENTS

- Used NULLSOFT INSTALLER to do executable file.

- Added for the first time my own music at map loading.

- Imported successfully some BF1942 Objects and the US Submarine, even it can't be 
  driven it explodes and sink with a spectacular "napalm" effect.

NOTES

- There are a few big ships to avoid lag (3 aircraft carriers for Japanese and 1 
Battleship for US Marines). There are several motor patrol vessel and littler boats 
for US while on the other side, one of the three aircraft carriers cannot move and on 
it spawns a lot of planes (8)

- Spawn time of main important ships is set high (from 1 to 3 minutes). 

- I have a problem with editor and cannot do TERRAIN SHADOW and OBJECTS SHADOW process,
  I think is and editor BUG as I did some map before with 1.0 and 1.1 but maybe it's bug
  of the 1.2 version, anyway I'll surely improve this map.

- I tested it for some days in single player, I used BOTINATOR 5.0 to add BOT support in 
  simple mode editing some strategies.

- The map is surely better if played against Human players.

COMMENT

I enjoyed doing this map after having seen "Pearl Harbour" the movie with some friends.
When I come back home at my pc, came into my mind the idea to start my first WW2 mod map.
I insipered to some real Pearl Harbour 1941 photos for the bay, and I can say is similar 
even if the surrounding world is different. Anyway I'm satisfied of this work during 
which I have discovered some new editor tricks. Maybe I will finish illumination part if 
I discover what is the problem with 1.2 Shadow works. 

Q BUG 
Q bug affected all my maps, lol ... because to make a Flag uncappable I wrongly set it's 
time conversion to 9999. Doh! Thanks to Battlegroup Team who checked my map adding it into their mod, I discovered that the problem was so banal and finally map can be played in multyplayer with no crashes! Enjoy
