Alaric patch 1.1

Fixes:
1) OVersized warp core radius.
2) Moves sensor array foreward, farther from core.
3) Increased speed to 8. should top out around somewhere over 4700kmh (4700 was 7.5)
4) Bumped up acceleration from .28 to .3.


Drop the inclosed py file into scripts/ships/hardpoints and delete the matching pyc.
