Description of the Mod File
---------------------------

The USS Phoenix was designed by Dennis Bailey and it's WIP's were posted at SciFi meshes.  It is a conceptual pre Constitution class design that envisions a NX-01 to Constitution evolution.  I originally built this mesh for Star Fleet Command but had this game in mind.

**Just copy the data, scripts, and sfx directories along with the constitution class.txt to your bridge commander directory.  Make sure you have dasher42's foundation package and Nanobytes mod packager installed.  Just run the mod packager.exe and it should install the ship sweetly.

**IMPORTANT** 
I have included a TOS soundpak py file in the plugins folder.  It is the same as the previous one.  You do not have to use this if you want to manually add the sounds via the latest mod packager but with this file you do not have to do it that way.
