TNG Ships Balanced Hardpoint upgreade (v1.0)

These are balanced hardpoints for all offical TNG ships (Alltough I have hardpoints for others, 
I really don't know just how powerfull they should be, so I decided it's best to leave it be)




Note: Front shields are allmost allways twice as strong as other
ft - front torpedos,  rt - rear torpedos

Sovereign - has 7500 shields, phaser damage 350, can carry 120 quantums, 6(3) ft, 4(29 rt. stronger reactor
Galaxy - 6000 shields, phaser damage 300, can carry more photons, stronger reactor, 6(4) ft, 4(2) rt
Nebula - now a strike cruiser, 4500 shields, 8(4) ft, 4(2) rt, phasers do 250 damage
Akira - 5000 shields, 300 phaser damage, 4 ft, 4 rt.
Warbird - 5500 shields, 260 disruptor damage, cannons do 200 (main does more), 4(1) ft, 2(1) rt
VorCha (stock upgreade) - 4800 shields (front 26000), disruptor 600 damage, cannons 460, 4(1) ft, 4(1) rt
VorCha (elminster's re-balance) - 4400 (front 26000), distruptor 600(main), others 200, cannons 400(main), others 100, 4(1) ft, 4(1)rt 
Ambassador - 4000 shields, 200 phaser damage, increased reactor, stronger subsystems, 6(2) ft, 4(2) rt
Fed Starbase - 25000 shields(20 recharge), 8 phasers, 350 damage, 225000 hull
Fed Outpost - 9000 shields, 50000 hull, 300 phaser damage
Space facility - 10000 shields(15 recharge), 60000 hull
Klingon Imperial Starbase - 16000 shields, 200000 hull, 400 disruptor damage, 100 cannon damage, 6 torpedo tubes
Romulan Outpost - 15000 shields, 160000 hull, 200-260 disruptor damage, 200 cannon damage, 4 torpedo tubes 
Galaxy-X - 15000 shields, 25 recharge, phasers do 500 damage, main canoon 15000, 7(5)ft, 4(2) rt, CLOAK FIX     
Galaxy-X (stronger version) - 15000 shields, 50 recharge, phasers do 750 damage, main cannon 20000, 7(5) ft, 4(2) rt, CLOAK FIX
Intrepid - 4250 shields, 250 phaser damage, 6(4) ft, 4(2) rt
Bird of Prey - 3000 shields, disruptor cannons do 260 damage, 2(1) ft
Steamrunner - 4000 shields, 275 phaser damage, 8(4) ft, 4(2)rt
Saber - 3500 shields, 250 phaser damage (main 300), 2(1) ft, 1 rt
Defiant - 4500 shields, 275 phaser damage, 100 pulse phaser damage, 6(3) ft, 2 rt
Shadow - 4400 shields, 240 disruptor damage (400 main), 100 disruptor cannon damage, 2 ft, 2(1) rt

Achilles - 5500 shields, 350 phaser damage, 100 pulse phaser damage, 8(4) ft, 4 rt
Peragrine - 1000 shields, 150 phaser damage, 75 disruptor cannon damage
Type 6 Shuttle - 500 shields, 100 phaser damage
Dauntless - 6500 shields, 450 phaser damage, 3(1) ft, 3(1) rt
Drenet - 2800 shields, 200 disruptor damage, 100 disruptor cannon damage, 1 ft, 1 rt
Hutet - 18000 shields, 380 compressor damage (1400 main), 5 ft, 4(2) rt, 96000 hull
Marauder - 4300 shields, 400 plasma emitter damage, 300 phaser damage
K'Vort -  4400 shields, 260 disruptor damage, 400 disruptor cannon damage, 4(2) ft, 2(1) rt
Kerchan - 9600 shields, 400 disruptor cannon damage (660 main disruptor), 9(3) ft, 4(1) rt
Tamarian Defender - 5700 shields, 300 phaser damage, 4(2) ft, 14000 hull
Dominion BC - 5200 shields, 300 polaron beam damage, 200 cannon damage, 16000 hull

Galor - 3000 shields, 260 compressor damage(300 main), 2(1) ft, 10000 hull
Keldorn - 4000 shields, 300 compressor damage(400 main), 3(1) ft, 1 rt, 14000 hull
Card Hybrid - 4200 shields, 300 compressor damage(600 main), 1000 cannon damage, 2 ft, 1 rt
Card Starbase - 18000 shields, 120000 hull, 300 beam damage, 200 cannon damage(30 max damage distance)
Card Outpost - 8000 shields, 60000 hull, 200 beam damage, 160 cannon damage
Card Station - 10000 shields, 70000 hull, 200 beam damage, 100 cannon damage

**NOTE: All Cardassian ships have a weaker Warp Core! Make use of this weakness! 


Borg Sphere - 10000 shields, 36000 hull, 460 cutter beam damage, 6 torpedo tubes
Borg Cube - 36000 shields, 64000 hull, 490 cutter beam damage, 200 borg pulser damage, 2 torpedo tubes
Tactical Cube - 46000 shields, 126000 hull, 600 cutter array damage, 200 borg array damage, 6 torpedo tubes

**NOTE: Some of my friends had trouble with borg ships(game chrashes when you start combat with a borg vessel). 
        I'll look into that and will probably update this file.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Backup your old .py files found in the BC/Scripts/Ships/Hardpoints folder
2. Unzip the .py files you want into that folder.
3. Copy projectiles files you want to BC/Scripts/Tactical/Projectiles
4. Have fun!

For TGL files:
1. Copy files to your BC-ModPackager folder ( c:/BC-ModPackager/Ship Tgl)
2. Run BC-ModPackager, go to game tools, update tgl.
