C2 Galaxy Additional weapons patch

This adds the 4 little phaser banks by the aft torpedo launcher, widdens the arcs of the warp pylon phasers, and adds the 2 aft saucer arrays to the C2 galaxy.

There will be (most likely) another full release of the galaxy because the arc and damage displays don't function on the new phaserbanks. That is why this is being released as a hardpoint only, so it's quick and easy to download while you want for the rest of the crap to be done.
