ok wel to install just copy and past the stuff into the right folders. and use the bcmp to
make the ship plugin for the game. I owe a special thanks to Dream yards especially Magic 
Capt. LC  and Executioner_De for leting me use his torpedos. And lastly to JJtbone for 
making this cool borg hull texture.


install need to knows

1. you must put the tgl in the bcmps tgl folder. if you dont have bcmp you might want to get it.
