A pack featuring textures from the best torps ever to appear in BC. DKealt made the torps highly maneuverable but with a short tracking time, so aim carefully.
Star Trek : Bridge Commander Developer - DKealt Torpedo Pack Over time I've been steadily alterring and reshaping various torpedo textures and scripting properties. I have now decided to release a collection of a few of the torpedoes that I have altered so far, using textures from a number of different source points. Included in the pack are the following torpedoes... -TNG Photon -DS9 Photon -VOY Photon -Klingon Photon -Sovereign Photon -Sovereign Quantum -Danube Photon -Shuttle Photon -Breen Photon The torpedo scripting I decided to take on a different angle, after rewatching a variety of different DS9 and VOY episodes it was apparent that the torpedo tracking wasn't very accurate as in recent times in BC it has become very difficult to dodge torpedoes. I have scripted the torpedoes to have a high angular acceleration that allows the torpedo time to track the target at its initial direction when the torpedo is fired and drastically reduced the guidance time. This has made the necassity to aim torpedoes properly a priority, especially in close combat. Installation: Within the packs folder (scripts/tactical/projectiles) are the torpedo scripts all with their individual names corresponding to the screenshot images, if you want to use these torpedoes either... -Rename them to replace the torpedo script used by the ship you want to apply the torpedo to (can be found in the torpedoes section of the ship hardpoint). -Rename the torpedo script used by the ship's hardpoint to match the torpedo script file using either a text version of the hardpoint or MPE Credits: Zambie Zan, C2X, Collective Alliance, Knox1711
