Removes a piece of module testing that was left in by mistake.  If you couldn't start the Mission Builder at all, due to an IOError, this will fix it.
Amends the AI template file.

New Features:
Writes two generic AI files to the mission directory. (Credit jwattsjr for the content of the AI files and helpful suggestions for other improvements)

Event Screen button now brings up an option to select the mission TGL from the files in BC\Data\TGL.  On selecting one, it will bring up a key containing the reference names and the data from the file you choose.

TO USE THE AI FILES:
In the Add/Edit Ship screen, enter the AI filename as either MBFriendlyAI for a friendly ship, or MBEnemyAI for a hostile ship.

Problems with using QuickBattle, Starbase12 and DryDock systems.
Problem on certain systems with the Mission Screen getting "cut off".
Ships at 100% hull and shields no longer have their repair systems turned off.
Minor neatening of code in missions.
