File Description

Here's an excellent re-texture of Rick Knox's Intrepid class. The ship now looks more defined than previously and adds greater depth. Although I was hoping that this would rectify the 'warped' textures on the back of Voyagers' saucer - it's a brilliant rework of a classic model. This also comes with some NFX2 lighting scripts which you have to paste inside your Intrepid HP - which is good as it means that your weapon setups in the HP won't be affected. Just be sure to read the instructions carefully if you have no idea about modding.

DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATIONS
-------------------------------

This is my third version re-texture of P81's Intrepid. I used actual Voyager
production model pictures to aid me in this re-texture. This re-texture includes:

- High resolution 1024x1024 textures from morgan0210.

- Added a bit more grey to the ship's bluish hull.

- Added small details throughout the ship like the landing hatches, red lines,
black dots, circles over here, squares over there, etc.

- Re-colored panels, phaser strips, thrusters, etc.

- Completely re-textured navigational deflector dish.

- Slightly re-modeled part of the navigational deflector dish (brown part) because it
did not fit evenly with the re-textured brown part. Also realized shortly thereafter
that the re-model gave the dish more of a sad face (how it should be) instead of the
  happy face it formally had.

- Added navigational beacons (blinkers) to their canon locations. I erased those
ugly red and green circles, which were formally the painted-on navigational beacons,
located on the dorsal and ventral saucer section, which were on the wrong location
anyway. Directions on how to add the navigational beacons while keeping your current
  ship's script is included!

- Forward and aft torpedo tubes now glow in a nice pink color.

- The large windows externally throughout the ship are now lightly colored instead of
the bluish color it formally had.

- Re-textured the AeroShuttle (AeroWing) to look how it should. (The strange looking
thing housed underneath the saucer section)

- Re-made specular textures to fit perfectly with the texture changes.
