Here a cool WickedZombie45 model from Klingon Academy brought to Bridge Commander. The Ulysses Class Dreadnought. Gargantuan in size, she make the TMP ArkRoyal look like a support vessel. Excellent firing arcs, this TMP era ship has it all from killer hardpoints to enhanced torpedos with sfx imported from ST:2 and ST:6. Testing the Dreadnought in game, She can hold her own against minor Klingon and Cardassian ships. The Romulans are another story altogether. The Ulysses will be overwhelmed by any Romulan ship from the TNG era. Most notable the Warbird.
Otherwise I enjoyed giving this 'Grand Old Lady' a spin around the Quadrant. This will be a welcome addition to any Federation Fleet. I hope to see more Klingon Academy ports from this Author.
Definately Download Worthy...
Mesh / Textures: WickedZombie45 (WickedZombie@aol.com) BC conversion / hardpoints: Zambie Zan (firstname.lastname@example.org) Photon Torpedos / Phaser Graphics and Sounds captured from ST2 and ST6 by Zambie Zan ================================================= Ship Name: U.S.S. Babylon - Ulysses Class Ship Class: F-DNH Race: Federation Model made / edited using: Lightwave 5.6, Studio Max 3.1, Paint Shop Pro 7, Uview, Taldren's Model plug-in I have no problems with kitbashes / conversions as long as the following procedure are followed: 1.) Everyone involved with the kitbash / modification is to be credited. That includes the original model author(s), any one involved with the design (if different from the moddler) and the person who shall create the alteration. This will set up a history of modification and give credit to all involved. 2.) If a ship is to be converted to another game (Bridge Commander, Armada, Klingon Academy, ect.) I have to be contacted first. I prefere to be notified of ANY alterations to my work as most time credits are not listed properly., the ships aren't converted correctly, ect. 3.) If the ship is to be released to the public, no parts from a restricted model are to be used. Some modders do not want thier works to be altered and I would expect eveyone to respect that. If there is a part or parts that are restricted, I can possibly create a replacement for you to use. 4.) If the ship is to be released to the public, I would ask that you contact me first. This is to make sure you have the proper credits listed and to make sure no restricted parts are being used. On some occasions some people have credited me for work I've never seen before. 5.) All work on this site is property of the respective owners. If any one attemps to steal or take credit for work they did not do, I will hunt you down and feed you to a pack of bloodthirsty wolves.
