This mod contains the Klingon Kron Cruiser, ready to add to your BC Remastered v1.2 fleet!


This mod has been updated per the notes below:


Updated 2023-08-31 by MSR1701 with the following changes:

- Updated Projectile Script for compatibility with REv1.2

- used SFX script "Klingon Phasers" for compatibility with RE v1.2

- Plugin created to load ship under "Klingon Ships"

No other changes were effected to the model, textures and scripts on this update.

To Install:

Copy the folders for the version you wish to install (KM or Remastered Version) into the root install folder of your game install (the folders "Data," "Scripts," and/or "SFX" (the latter may not always be in a given mod). Then run the game, and your ships should load in QuickBattle!

Description of the Mod File
---------------------------

The Kron Class: Hobbes' advanced and deadly Klingon Destroyer (see above notes).



Steps to install
----------------

1.  Make a new directory in your 
    Starfleet Command\Assets\Models\  folder called "_K_TNG_Kron"
2.  Copy the contents of the zip file into the new 

    "Starfleet Command\Assets\Models\_K_TNG_Kron\" folder.

3.  Finally, open the shiplist.txt file located in the
    Starfleet Command\Assets\Specs\ folder with Notepad. Better yet, use the
    shipedit program to edit the shiplist.txt file... you can get it here:
    http://shipedit.starfleetuniverse.com/

        From here you have a choice... you can:

	1.  Replace the model geometry of one of the existing ships
            (the C11 Dreadnoughts are my picks) 
	    with the following \Assets\Models\_K_TNG_Kron\Kron-i.mod

        Or :

	2. you can insert the Kron stats inbetween the existing row
           entries of the shiplist.txt file.
	   <<CAUTION:  This may cause some problems with the function of SFC,
           espically during Multiplayer and Single player campaigns>>
