Description:

This is a long overdue fix for nanofx2 where it reenables the use of specular maps with nano fx version 2, this now enables specular maps even when the ship is damaged. This now allows for the beautifull maps on allot of ships to shine when they before had to choose between nano fx and normal explosions and specular.

NOTE: this is not compatible with KM1, UMM or any other mod that replaces the Mainmenu.py. if you have any of those, you may alternatively disable the fix bright glow bug feature in the Nanofx Config's Explosions menu to allow speculars to work.
