New Red Alert Klaxon by Trekky_35

This mod is pretty basic, its my first attempt at doing anythin to BC, it WILL replace the Red Alert Klaxon with the Cloister Bell from Doctor Who.

So Back-up your "redalert.wav" in your sfx folder
