Phased Torps for BoP

This gives the Klingon Bird of Prey a new weapon; Phased Plasma torpedos! It's added in as a second type. and yes, these are the same torps that you get in the missions.

If you want to use this an any mod (not that you'd probily want to) just credit me.

How to install: just dump this into your bridge commander/scripts/ships/hardpoints and when it asks to overwrite click yes.
