Updates from v1.0 include:

*Shield Generator Disabled percentage down from 75% disabled to 50% disabled. *Quantum Turret Fires 6 torpedos instead of 4. *Ablative armour is now quite a bit tougher, but to balance it out, the repair rate has been significantly raised, to the point of where its very hard to repair. *Number of photons increased to 350. *Photon OVs now do 2000 damage (from 1000), but there is only 20 of them. *Shields, Sensors, Phasers and tractors, their power taken has all been reduced. *Sensor Range has been increased from 2400 to 3000. *Shield Strength has been lowered to 16000, and recharge rate to 18.000 *Phaser Damage increased from 400 to 550.

I hope that whoever downloads this mod enjoys it, as i have tryed to keep it fun, whist remaining cannon to ship specs. I spent ages doing research on DITL.org and other sources to get everything perfectly balanced.
This file is my second hardpoint mod for Bridge Commander. My first was an earlyier version of this file. Please bare this in mind when reviewing. 

Constructive critisism about this mod is welcome, as well as suggestions for improvement/s. 

There are many different hardpoint files for the soverign class of ship that are available, my aim is to make this the definative one. The Hardpoint that ends all hardpoints if you will.

Depending on if it is requested by the Bridge Commander Community, or if i decide to do something anyway, then i might consider redoing other popular/stock ships to make them better, and if required by the cannon ship specs, features of ATP2 will also be added to ensure realism.

Ship Description
-----------------

Updates the Sovereign to what i belive to be a realistic representation of the Soverign Class of vessel. Post Nemesis.

It is based on the the nemisis refit soverign by "The Pelican". System Enhansements/tweaks & ATP features added by me.

Includes:
2 x Forward Photon Tubes on the Dorsal side of the ship.
1 x Aft Photon Tube at the far rear of the ship.(Ventral).
1 x Aft Double Photon Tube, located on the Ventral side of the ship on the intersection of the saucer and the drive.
4 x Phaser Arrays on the wings leading to the nacelles. 1 each Ventral and Dorsal on both Port and Starboard sides of the starship.
Ablative Armour.
Multi Vectoral Shielding.
Immunity to breen energy drainer weapon.
Enhansed Warpcore.
Quantum Torpedo Turret, fired as Disruptors. 

The Photon OV's are overloaded Photon Torpedoes, they have had their guidance systems removed and replaced with a 2nd matter/anti-matter charge. They do twice the damage of a standard torpedo, but have zero tracking capability. Unfortunately, they are also unstable, and are useless outside of approx 30km.



Installation Instructions
--------------------------

WARNING 1: - YOU MUST HAVE THE LATEST FOUNDATION INSTALLED TO RUN THIS MOD FILE!!!!!

Note: It may work with other Sovereign Models, but it has only been tested with the P81 Sovereign Model. It may also work without the ATP2 pack but, it has`nt been tested.

1: Unzip the file to your desktop

2: Open the zip file and select the four folders (BC-Mod Packager, data, scripts, sfx)

3: Copy and Paste them into the main Bridge Commander Directory. (Where you will find the stbc executable)

4: Use the BC-Mod Packager Program to install the TGL file. (If you do not keep the program in your STBC directory, then you need to move the files to the appropriate directory first)

5: ALL DONE!!!

Note: You do not need to use the BC-Mod Packager program to install the ships, It should already do it for you, if it fails, then use the program to install the ships.


Use of this Mod

If you wish to use the files included in this mod to create your own mods, then you are free to do so. You are also free to publically release the files on the condition that you include a credit towards the original creator(The Pelican) & me(BoomAM). You do not have to ask permission to release a personal modification of this mod. However i would like to be notified of a released modification, purely for my own interest.

Errors & Problems
-----------------

If you have any problems using this mod, then contact me at the e-mail address or via the ICQ number listed above, remembering to state that you are enquiring about one of my mods in the subject header. If the problem is slowdown with your graphics, then you need to tone down your graphics settings, the ships in this mod tend to flood the area with torpedoes and phasers, so it will get pretty chaotic, and not all systems will be able to handle it. To increase your frame rates in Bridge Commander, i reccommened reducing the visable damage to low, as it is less detail for your system to render, and doesnt remove much from the realism of the game.
