This is the Romulan Heavy from SFC3. The ship is very nice, the only problem I found was the increadibly long recharge rate on the phasers, it left the Ship unprotected for too long.

ROMULAN HEAVY CRIUSER!! Design'd before the D'deriex warbird and the Kerchan cruiser (the same time as the federation excelsior) the criuse x was a prototype for these ships to see how much power was needed to move ships of this scale. however the class was so good of the drawing board the criuse x was quickly pushed into production. the only problem with the design was the impulse engine which had 2 main problems 1. it was a big target and 2. was in the centre of the ship and so made it difficult to turn quickly. the armament compramises 2 high powered pulse cannons and 2 torpedos launchers 1 fore and 1 aft. also the ship has 4 phaser arrays to protect all but the aft areas of the ship which is protected by the torp. cloaking device comes as standard. ship done by sfc 3,taldran bc port by Darkdrone hp done by crazyhid installation: just double click the bcmi file. then place hp file in scripts ships hardpoints. click yes to overight then place missing torpedo file in scripts tactical projectiles done and enjoy this is a remade hp plus a couple of graphical tweaks. (this is my first time)
