This is a SubspaceTorpedo modifcation. Theoreticaly the torpedo launches into a subspace demension untill just before impact. The torpedo cannot be seen comming untill its to late! A cool concept by this modder! not overpowerful like the thud but more powerful than a Quantum. Directions for installing in the readme.
Scripted by: Sneaker98 of the RW mod team This is just something that I felt like doing, i had this concept more than 5 or 6 years ago, loooong before that Voyager episode with the subspace "missiles". The torpedoes i theorized stayed in subspace until a millisecond before impact on the hull, so basically all you hear is the launch sound and then explosions. My original thought was to see absolutely nothing until the torpedo hit the target, but then i didnt really get the feel of this... instead i made the torpedo a jet black colour with a tiny glow, you can barely see them, but it is enough so that you can try and avoid them. Plus it kind've looks like a lil distortion flying through space, so i REALLY like how it looks :) Anyways, this is the Subspace Torpedo, everything is set up for them, all YOU have to do is unpack the BC mod and then add this torpedo onto a ship that you want to carry them. Basically, in the torpedo subscript, where it says: "Tactical.Projectiles.PhotonTorpedo" or "Tactical.Projectiles.QuantumTorpedo" or something like that, change "PhotonTorpedo" to "SubspaceTorpedo". You get the idea.. then to make it fair i'd suggest lowering the amount of torpedoes your ship carries. Anyways, have fun with this torpedo.
