This is a wonderful model of the Tamarain ship from "Darmok" and is one of my favorite aliens. Is has nice green weapons, though I don't think they were green in the show. The torpedo's aren't canon either but it probably has them. The model is faily acurate, and it is quite powerful. It even did some damage to the Soverign. It is made to beat a galaxy but not a soverign. The textures are excelent. However, it is taxing on your system. Some of you may notice some slowdowns, especially if the ship has taken alot of damage. It is around 7000 poly, and 3635 of those are double sided triangles, which is a massive amount. (Double sided triangles are bad and you shouldn't have any). This caused lag even on my geforce3 with a 1200mhz athlon and 256 ram. So you may want to cosnider turning your visable damage to low. A new model is in the works which will hopefully correct this problem, now that the author has more experience with modeling.
I should add the odd shape you see in that pic is what is left of one of 9 of 9's galors. Die cardassians..die!
