This kool mod, will give you Tri-Cobolt, Transphasic, Antimatter-Phased, Fusion and Ionic Torpedoes. As well as two new sounds, for the Tri-Cobolt & Transphasic topedoes & the modified QuickBattle.py.
This package includes: 5 different torps, 2 new firing sounds and a modified QuickBattle.py, so you can play with 4 different torps in QB. Picard Transphasic Torpedo: Chancellor Martok Tri-Cobolt Torpedo: -Unknown- modified QuickBattle.py: -Unknown- i got it from C. Picard,but hes not the creator 2 new sounds: -Unknown- Install instructions: Put the -Torpedo Name-.py file in your scripts\tactical\projectiles folder. Add the Torpedo module in the hardpoint-file of the ship you want to carry these torps. Go to the torpedo section of the HP-file and look after this: Torpedoes.SetTorpedoScript(0, "Tactical.Projectiles.PhotonTorpedo") and change it to this: Torpedoes.SetTorpedoScript(0, "Tactical.Projectiles.FusionTorpedo") Now the ship uses the Fusion torp instead of the Photon. You can surely overwrite any other torpedo in this section too. Then save and your done. Put the two new sounds in sfx\weapons folder. Use BCMP to include them to the game. Put the Quickbattle.py in scripts\QuickBattle and delete the old QuickBattle.pyc. But be sure to backup your old QuickBattle.py!But it should work.
