Because everybody would love to be able to fire turds out the launch tubes!
Doesn't do a lot of damage, but does drain shields, because I mean, it's a turd!
To install copy all folders to your Bridge Commander folder
then to add the torpedo to whatever ship you want to have it, see second photo.
