Here is the Arrowhead, NX-81573. This is a new class of star ship the Arrowhead class.
The ship is hardpointed for the late TNG era and is equipped with the following armament:
 
2x2 (1 Fwd, 1 Aft) 2-shot photon/quantum torpedo launchers
8 Pulse Phaser Cannons (4 Fwd, 4 Aft)
18 Burst Phaser Arrays

Installation:

Unzip contents into a new folder and copy the 'Data', 'Scripts' & 'sfx' folders into your Bridge Commander root directory. If 

asked to overwrite files, click yes to all.
