Greetings, I am [SE]Captain Odyssey.
           THE FIRST THING I WANT TO SAY IS NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE
WITHOUT C2's BC 1.2 PATCH & I THANK HIM FOR ALL HE's DONE 4 BC. I WANT YOU TO KNOW, I'M 
ONLY TRYING TO MAKE THINGS A BIT BETTER, NOT TRYING TO STEAL YOUR GLORY.




      Here's how I started out ok  -------------  After getting realy PO'd about the poor ballancing of the federation 
ships, I took it upon myself to tweak the ship profiles enough to make it more Cannon. In the process, I've used
Many of my own weapons, and some not my own. Most that are not my own, I renamed to easy names to help
keep me from getting Confused. I Intend to give credit where it is due. 1st off, let me tell you what this does!

This mod gives the Sovereign my nemisis torpedoes, which are the most cannon nemisis torpedoes on BC files, 
though not as flashy as C2's interpretation of the movie. The torpedoes in Nemisis were verry pulse like, & rather 
inacurate. I did just that, they are accurate enough to hit ships, but it's not an easy aim. It's worth the trouble 
though, as The Nemisis photons do 700 Damage & the quantums do I think 1300 Damage. I changed the Phaser's 
looks to an orangy beam with a Cannon sound I borrowed & tweaked to be less loud. I increased shielding a bit 
& Powered up the phasers to 470 rather than 300. This does not through off the game though, since C2's ships can 
fire multiple beams, & the sov can not. The sov is back to the formidable flagship it once was.

This Mod also makes the Intrepid's phasers orangy with a toned down sound effects of p81! as well as his Intrepid
Photon & sounds. I altered the Texture for it to make Transphasic Torpedoes!!!! These Mother f'rs do 10,000 damage
each, but the intrepid only has 20! I ask that if you not like having the Trans used in servers, that you say - No trans,
Not "No Intrepid." By the way, the Intrepid is also more manuverable (Like it should have been)

This Mod brings in Dante's DS9 Photons to the Nebula, Norway,Akira,Ambassador,& Galaxy. I found an unknown
Micro-Quantum, & got the Micro quantum sound from The game where it was 1st used: Dominion Wars!!! The 
Micro quantum is on the saber class instead of the photon. The Micros are fast, but often innacurate. They do 600 
damage so there's a Plus. I have an Unknown Quantum torpedo that is on the Defiant, Norway, & Akira, though I
know I got it's sound from the p81 sov. Ok, now everyone knows that the Excelsior was never as powerful as it was
in BC 1.2 & 1.2B, so in here, it's as it should be. I left the phasers alone, but I gave it My TMP photons & my 
Quantum Prototypes. The Quantum Prototypes are the early forms of the quantum torpedo, so it fits in the Excelsior's
profile as an old ship.  I made the warbird better by making it's beam power @ 500 & giving it Plasma torpedoes,
which are just renamed versions of Crazyhid's Quantum Flux. The forward & aft torpedo launchers fire 4 per tube. 
& now the warbird is more agile, so it can keep up with it's ugly competitors.

The klingons are another leap in my mod. I made a poleron torpedo! this was the Klingon equivilant of the medium
yeild Quantum Torpedo. The Poleron does 850 damage (As does it's Dominion counterpart found on the Keldon). I 
made a more recent klingon photon, that does the damage of a federation photon. This is on all but the K'tinga, which
has my TMPklingon torpedoes. these are nice for early klingon tech. I lowered shields on some ships of the klingon 
fleet to balance it out more.(Back to the Klingon Poleron) The Poleron torpedo may be found as a second weapon on
more advanced klingon vessels.

Installation:   "Warning You must have a fresh BC 1.2b for this to work

Place the SFX, DATA, & SCRIPTS folders into the Bridge commander root directory 
                     (                  C:\Program Files\Activision\Bridge Commander                        )
Make sure that all buttons in the Mutators are activated (this is done in configuration)
You may now play Bridge Commander 1.2C   :)

The Warbird's Plasma torpedo was done by: Crazyhid
The Textures for my torpedoes were from: Activision's Star Trek: elite force
The Damage texture is from an unknown sorce
The Cloak sound is from Star Trek: armada
TheMicro Quantums are from an unknown sorce
The Syncronized Warp sound was done by: [SE]Cpt Odyssey
The Red Alert is from Activision
The warp flash is from an unknown sorce
