New Picture of the Month section.

Hello everyone, I've recently added a Picture of the Month section for the top 3 best pictures of each month, I hope this will encourage everyone to send in their pics because they could be in the top 3 at the end of each month. Also if you would like for the next month to be the WPC (Worst Pic Competition) that will be fine. Basically the WPC is where you get the most dreadful eyesore of a BIA related pic you can submit and the lowest score wins. Also if you would like I can start a File of the Month competition.
