The folks over at GamerCC set up an interview with the President of Gearbox Software Randy Pitchford, and asked him a few questions on the upcoming Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood; here's a little bit of it...
Brothers In Arms:Road To Hill 30 was one of the most authentic games ever, if not the most authentic… Meanwhile, a sequel is already announced, we can expect this game for PC, Xbox and Playstation 2 in the 3rd quarter of 2005. Although a lot of this new chapter in the BiA franchise isn’t known yet, except that the title of the game will be Earned in Blood. We at GamerCC still love the original BiA, Road To Hill 30, and our expectations for Earned in Blood are very high. To know some more about this fantastic game in progress, made by Gearbox Software, I personally contacted Gearbox President Randy Pitchford to ask him some interesting questions!
I found this statement by Mr. Pitchford very interesting:
In April, Colonel Antal and I visited West Point where cadets are trained to become US Army officers. West Point is using Brothers in Arms as a training tool. Since Colonel Antal is a graduate of West Point, he was able to bring me to the school and expose me to things that civilians normally cannot access.
