Some more additions/changes were made to this mod, the most notable is the incorporation of the poorman's TDM gametype! It is important to note that this mod is intended for Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood version 1.02, but it may work with earlier versions. It currently works in Multiplayer and Single Player. NOTE: LRMWeps works in both single and multiplayer.

{FOUO}Liberator's Realism mod v0.21

I created this mod to add a little historical accuracy to the weapons used in BiA EiB. I added a poorman's TDM gametype as well. The entire mod is now composed of two parts, LRMWeps and LRMFireFight.

Things this mutator changes:

LRMWeps:

-Almost no zoom on weps
-Upped damage for all weapons based on historical muzzle energy
-Upped German and US grenade damage and radius
-Upped sway for all Snipers
-Lowered zoom for US Sniper (it only had a 2.2x scope)
-Raised zoom for FG42 sniper to match K98k sniper (they both used 4x scopes)

LRMFireFight:

-Removes the time limit on MP games
-Removes all objective pickups (codebooks, maps, etc.)
-Removes the objective indicators on the outside ring of the compass
-Allows for a Team DeathMatch type of gameplay. The new objective is the eliminate the enemy.

Where this mod works

This mod is intended for Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood version 1.02 but it may work with earlier versions. It currently works in Multiplayer and Single Player. NOTE: LRMWeps works in both single and multiplayer. LRMFirefight does not (only for MP.)

Use

Place the files contained in the zip file into your C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Gearbox Software\BrothersInArmsEiB\System folder (it may be another drive letter depending on where you install.)

MP: 

_If you want to add the realism weapons_:

When creating an MP game, choose Mutators and select LRMweps and click "Add." Now go back and start your new game. The Weapons mutator should be loaded. 

_If you want to make MP maps play like TDM_:

When creating an MP game, choose Mutators and select LRMFireFight and click "Add." Now go back and start your new game. The TDM mutator should be loaded.

Everyone connecting to your server will auto download the mod.

If you can, place "LRM" in the title of your server so people wanting to play this mod can find servers.

SP: When starting a SP game choose chapters, choose Mutators and select LRMweps and click "Add." Now go back and start your game. Mutator should be loaded.

Bugs/Changes

From v0.20 to v0.21

-Removed remaining objective icons from HUD
-Removed the annoying "We've got to get the codebook!" and other like dialogue.

From v0.16 to v0.20

-Added the FireFight TDM mutator

From v0.14 to v0.16

-Upped M1, BAR, and Springfield to have the potential on 1 shot kills (like the K98k, FG42, etc.) They had ballistically similar ammo.
-Now works in SP. Added SP weapon changes.

This is a complete hack job so I'm sure it's not perfect! Consider yourself a beta tester! Please send me a PM to Liberator on the Gearboxsoftware.com forums if you notice anything strange or have comments.
