If you enjoyed the Weapon Accuracy Mod that was released for Road to Hill 30, then this download will be what you're looking for next...this file is similar, except that it's for Earned in Blood!
ya ab has applied his mod to EiB, and sent it in; The developer states that once installed, the changes that will be made are to aim, accuracy and ammo, however, weapon damage has not been altered.
Specific changes that will be made include: Better weapons accuracy. Now the weapons don't move so much when you are aiming (Maybe a little, for realism..). The Thompson now has 30 bullets per clip and more ammo.
