Here's a fun new menu mod by Jimenez and ported by Geary, both members of the [3rd ID] clan. Technically, this menu is themed to their clan, but that doesn't stop you from liking it, right? It's got a neat background, an optional loading screen included to match, and even some fun new background music for you CoD2 main menu! :D All in all, it's a fun little change in the main interface of the game, so check out the screenshot of the menu below, and download this mod now! ;)

Descrption : Here is a menu mod which replaces the main menu 
picture and sound. 
Installation:
Unzip  THE IWD FILE to your \Activision\Call of Duty 2\main folder
unzip the cod.bmp to your \Activision\Call of Duty 2 folder
Uninstall:
Delete the file from your "main" folder.
