Here's a wild new CoD2 multi-player map by Andreas Plesnik called anDee's Asylum, named for its location in some German insane asylum. The map is pretty cool for close-quarters combat and features numerous rooms within the five-story structure, complete with working elevators, staircases, and all sorts of alternate routes. Besides the physical accomplishments, though, there's much more to see and hear. ;) For example, being subject to insanity at any given time, you will hear footsteps and other soldiers around you that are not actually there. If you play this map with your friends, this should be a trip for sure. :P And as if that weren't enough, you'll also experience random 'blackouts' every now and then, requiring you to navigate to the light at the end of the tunnel in order to 'wake up' in some other place in the asylum. All in all, this map is fun to explore as it is, so I can't imagine how it'd be with a group of guys fragging each other, all while trying desperately to maintain their sanity. :) Just check out the screenshots below to see some examples of the map and its quirks, and download anDee's Asylum now! :thumbsup:
