To use that editor you need a weapon file, for that go on your call of duty 2 directory,
then in the folder "main" you should see iw_13.iwd, you open it with winrar, you see a 
list of folders, go to "weapons/mp" if you want modify multiplayer weapons or to "weapons/sp" for singleplayer, there is a list of files, these are weapon files.
I suggest you copy all weapons on a directory so you can modify them quickly.
Now place zzz_weapons.iwd in "call of duty 2/main"
Install with setup.exe...

You're ready now!

Modify the values (read "instructions" for help) and click on "Create file", it will make a directory in the same folder 
than your original weapon file, and put the modified inside, + a text file named "values.txt" (dont care about that).

Now open zzz_weapons.iwd (in "main" directory), place the new weapon file (not the original) in "/weapons/mp" or "/weapons/sp" (multiplayer or singleplayer).
If you're changing Lee_enfield: Make sure that defaultweapon_mp or defaultweapon_sp had the same clipsize as your new lee enfield.
Now you have your weapon on singleplayer games and on your server.
WARNING: if you have an error like "weapon stuf is VALUE1 but defautweapon already set it to VALUE2", extract defautweapon 
file from zzz.weapons.iwd and modifie on it the value, known errors : Max ammo and Clip size.

*Instructions*

- Tool bar:

"Files" : there you can select "load" and browse for your weapon file
"Help": you can get the "about" information and access to online instructions data
"Look for updates" : you will get to a webpage with downloads of new versions

"WEAPON_NAME" display: Shows actual weapon.

-Weapon Type scroll (use with extreme caution):

A weapon can be "bullet", "projectile", or "grenade", when editing you can change that 
(really dangerous, this is only for special files editing, dont change that if you dont want bugs..)

-Weapon Class scroll (use with extreme caution):

Rifle, Turret, Spread, Pistol, Rocketlauncher, or Grenade are the weapon ingame type, set them if you
 want your weapon to be in an other directory than actual (usefull to display RocketLauncher in rifles only menu lol)
it changes some weapons caracteristics too... use only if you're a good debuger :D

-Fire Time:

It will automaticly get the defaut weapon value, if you set a high time, your weapon will make very looooooong shots
(1 sec is the maximum), if you set a low value your weapon will shot faster. WARNING: fire time is not FIRE SPEED

-Reload Time:

It will automaticly get the defaut weapon value, if you set a high time, your weapon will take time to reload
(3 sec is the maximum), if you set a low value your weapon will reload faster. 

-Rechamber Time:

It will automaticly get the defaut weapon value, faster the weapon rechamber and faster you can perform shots.
(2sec is max value).

FIRESPEED= fire time + rechamber time.

-Weapon recoil: 

This is something really new, now you can change recoil settings! This track bar is set to 1, if you move it left it will 
decrease recoil, if you move it right it will increase. If you dont move it, the weapon recoil value wont be changed.

-Weapon accuracy:

More your weapon is accurate and easier it will be to ame with, and the crosshair will be slower.

-Scope zoom:

Working on Snipers, Rifles and Mgs.., thats the zoom you have when you ame, more zoom, better to ame.

-Grenade thrown at:

Distance you can throw your grenade (max 20m)

-Grenade explosion range:

Range on wich you will die if you're near a grenade....20m max!!! Wow guys, try it to max value (rock's!!)

-Damage:

Going from 0-999, at 180 a shot kills. At 250 a shot kills even amed on a foot or arm.

-Min Damage:

Weapon minimum damage, if you want your weapon to kill at first shot, set it to 250 or more.

-Melee Damage:

This value is the damage you do while bashing, set it to 250 or more to kill even hiting foot or arm...

-Max ammo:

This is your weapon maximum ammo, you can set it from 0-999.

-Start ammo:

Number of ammo you will get with the weapon (0-Max ammo).

-Cipsize:

-Number of bullets in your clip (0-Max ammo).

-Bullets/Reload:

Number of bullets you will add on your clip on each reload (0-999).

-Grenade damage:

You can set any damage you want for your grenade, internal and external damage handled automaticly.

-Grenade fuse time:

Set the number of seconds in wich you want your grenade to explose...0-999 hehe

-Semi auto: 

Will automaticly get the weapon value: Yes or No, a semi automatic weapon have a auto reload system.

-Bolt action:

Will automaticly get the weapon value: Yes or No, Used on rifles, it makes the weapon reload after each shot, uncheck it
if you want a fast shoting weapon.

-Two handed (Special Feature):

Will automaticly get the weapon value: Yes or No, if you want to laugh uncheck it for rifle or mg and check for pistol...never tryed
you can use that if you're making a fully new weapon (i doubt you are :) ).

-Rifle BUllet:

Will automaticly get the weapon value: Yes or No, i have no info about that, if you got what that mean, tell me:D
I suppose it changed bullet speed or stuf...

-Armor piercing:

Will automaticly get the weapon value: Yes or No, if you want your weapon to destroy tanks, check it!

-Rechamber at reload:

Will automaticly get the weapon value: Yes or No, adds a bullet on your wepon chamber on reload so you can shot immidiatly.

-Segmented reload:

Activated it will perform a full clip reload in any case: like if you have 1 bullet left in clip and Bullets/reload = 5, then it will do 1+5+5+4.
If Disabled it will add bullets until bullets left to add is lower than bullets/reload. like  you have 1 bullets letft in clip, it will do : 1+5+5=11

-Cooking nade:

Activated, your grenade will start counting in your hand ( so you can throw at the fuse time you want)
