Nedgerblansky, OddBall, and Tally have produced this great new CoD2 Domination gametype from Matthias's original work for the Admiral Mod. The three developers have included both standalone and AWE-compatible versions of the gametype by request from the community. They've also added lots of new features to keep it interesting, features that weren't ever available in the CoDUO same-named gametype! :P I encourage you to check out the ReadMe below for a look at the rather large list, and if it sounds fun to you, put this new setup on your server today! ;)

Standalone Version

//Introduction

This is the gametype created by M Matthias, and in the Admiral mod. 

Lots of people wanted a) a standalone version, and b) an AWE compatable version. Matthias graciously consented to allow
people to create one if they wanted.

We teamed up to create these 2 versions (standalone & AWE compatable). We thought it was best that one overall version was created by us 3, rathers than
lots of different versions. 


//New Features:

#Player number 'think' - dynamic flags spawn according to the number of players on a server. The more players, the more flags. if no players are on the server, no flags spawn.

#Choice of Static or dynamic flags - all the stock maps have 5 static flags placed in the best areas. But Admins can choose to have dynamic flags if they want

#Spawn radius think - dvar to set the min and max radius for players to spawn in relation to where the flags are.

#Configurable flag timeout - if a flag isnt capped in the timeout period, it is destroyed and respawns somewhere else. This stops campers holding down a flag area so that no one can cap it.

#Dvar to show/hide flag hints - this can stop the flagpoint hints showing through buildings and across maps. It makes the players more dependent on the compass if enabled.

#Configurable Player points to cap a flag - just allows Admins to decide how many points individual players get for capping a flag.

#Round Warmup Period - Gives time for players to join a server. In this Warmup Period, killing is allowed but no capping of flags. When timeout is over, the map automatically restarts and round 1 starts.

#Team Swap Map Restart feature - when enabled on a map, the map restarts and the teams are automatically assigned to the other team - so allied players become axis, and vice versa. This prevents certain players always being allied etc.

There are 2 files:

_dom_svr_std.iwd

dom2.iwd

Add both _dom_svr_std.iwd & dom2.iwd straight to your fs_game folder.

Add dom2.iwd to your redirect space for download to the client.
