Here's a rather strange new melee sound mod by MadMart. I think it's supposed to be a joke mod, but I'm missing the joke, so I can't really explain it to you. :( All I know is that the melee swing and hit sounds have been changed and that the hit sounds have a British man saying "'Avit" in a somewhat stoic voice. If you have any idea what this is all about, then download the mod and play with it today!

Server/Client side modification for Call of Duty2 multiplayer
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : zzzz_madmarts_avit_large_bash.iwd
Version: 1.0
Author : MadMart
Site : http://www.badboyz-clan.com/

Compatibility
-------------
Works for all gametypes and pure server setting on

Both server and client need this file to work but see *Note2 below

Installation
------------
Extract/copy the file named – zzzz_madmarts_avit_large_bash.iwd - and place/paste it in your COD2 'Main' folder.

To uninstall just delete the zzzz_madmarts_avit_large_bash.iwd from your COD2 'main'folder

Description
-------------
This server-side mod adds an audio 'AVIT' (as in Peter Kay's John Smith's UK beer advert) which you will hear when you bash another player or strike a solid object in COD2.

NOTE: You will only hear the 'AVIT' when you actually strike another player or other solid object this is done so you don't keep hearing it every time you 'flex' your weapon using your melee button which still retains (a modified) whoosh sound until you hit another player or solid object.

This is my original Mad Mart’s ‘Avit Bash Mod and originally made for MOHAA/Spearhead/Breakthrough etc which I have now improved & modified to run on COD2.

*NOTE2: Not sure on this as it’s still early days for making mods for COD2… but if it doesn’t work you may have a conflict with other mods already in your Main folder and may need to adjust the number of leading z’s depending on how many mods you have in your main folder?) If you are running Your own server mod you should enlose this mod within that one to be downloaded by clients joining your server.
