Here are some more scripts from Lord_Sintra that offer you some new options for your single-player game. ;) The first script allows you to zoom in and out on any gun as though it had a scope (with the exception of mounted guns). The second one allows you to toggle hide/show for the first-person onscreen gun model. These are well-made scripts that can either give you a little fun in a different feel for the single-player game or perhaps help you make a mod of some sort. :P Whatever you plan on doing, get these scripts today! :D
Name: Lord_Sintra Email: Lord.Sintra@gmail.com File Name: Zoom.cfg Installing: In Zoom.cfg change the Keys's to the ones you want (open with a text editor), then put all 4 scripts in Main. If you already have an AutoExec.cfg, simply paste the 2 lines from mine into the one already in Main. This will also Exec Speed.cfg if you have it. Tools: Editpad Lite, and CoDSP.exe Thanks: Notsafeforwork, for testing and feedback Description: Here we have a basic zoom script, that takes up 2 buttons. The first button <Key1> is the button you want to use to zoom in and out (I use Mouse3), and the second button <Key2> Toggles Between the two modes of zooming. The first mode is with the gun, the second is without. Some of the guns take up to much of the screen when zoomed in, so I disabled them. They come back when you zoom out. This script can be useful, allowing you to snipe with guns you normaly couldn't. In Gunon.cfg and Gunoff.cfg there are the sens settings, you may need to chnage these to what you use. Note: Don't toggle between modes while zoomed in. Also, this script doesn't work when your looking dow the barrel of your gun, or using a mounted gun, because cg_fov isn't used there. I hope you find this script useful, please post any comments/feedback/ideas. ~Lord_Sintra
