At the direction of our legal counsel, and under the supervision of the Monmouth County Sheriff for the State of New Jersey, we had to, as dictated by subpoena "…surrender all codes, files, programs, digital data, media, archives and properties relating to, or pertaining to the website known as, and accessible publicly through, www.modsonline.com" In a nutshell, we have had to surrender everything that was modsonline.com. We are not going to give up, however – until an appeal is granted, we are at the mercy of one man's misguided ambition. Two weeks ago, Stryder found it in his best interest to withdraw from MODSonline and MODSonair to avoid further conflict. Apparently that wasn't enough. What we were allowed to say regarding this matter has been said previously both within our news postings and primarily on MODSonair (our live podcast). I know many of you have tried to follow what little details we could provide and we promise to tell more as permitted.
