Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare v1.1 Patch

Official patch by Infinity Ward that addresses the issue of rank/stat resets when going from a modded servers to a non-modded server. The update intends on preventing this issue on all future versions of the game. This patch updates all previous versions of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare to V1.1. Run the installer and make sure it is pointed to your installation directory of Call of Duty 4.

Addressed the issue of Rank / Stat resets reported by users moving from a Modded / Un-ranked server to a non Modded / 
Ranked Server. This update was not intended to revert back to any previously lost rank, but to prevent the issue from 
happening in the future.
