the two FF files go in the usermaps folder
The .IWD file should contain a sound and a images folder.
the .IWD file goes in this folder:     Mods/{yourmodname}/ 
With Mod folder I mean that you will have to run a mod. customMaps is default with the game so you can use that to test it, but I recommend a mod like Awe4 
Don't use ModWarfare tho, or make sure you have a correc _teams.gsc
add "set industry_sound_off 0" or  "set industry_sound_off 1" to your server config!

===== Map Information =====

This is BETA version 2. Please send all messages concerning bugs and exploits to together with screenshots or detailed descriptions. 

The name for the final version will be 'mp_i' to compensate with the maximum character limitations.

Supported Gametypes:
DM (Free-for-all)
TDM (War)
HQ (Koth)
S&D (Search and Destroy)
DOM (Domination)
SAB (Sabotage)
CTF (Capture the flag)

Oldschool & Hardcore modifiers

Changes from Beta1:

Fixed some exploits
Added extra ladders and made easier for the attackers side to get out of the open, there are no new routers however
HQ and CTF should work - had no time to test it, but I guess that's what this Beta2 is for :P
New way to get into SAB-bomb location
Repositioned Bombsite A
Fixed spawns in solid
Some minor changes; a new window to shoot from on attackers side, added 2 walls to increase FPS in some areas (nothing major)
Fixed areas where players could get stuck

Note to all server admins: please leave the sound folder in the .IWD where it belongs. Do not remove it, it will cause unpure clients, and it ruins it for the people who want to have the artistic experience.

If you dont want the sounds in my map for any reason, add this to your server config:
set industry_sound_off 1

===== Installation instructions ===

1) Create a folder with the name 'usermaps' in your Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare installation directory
	Example: C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/usermaps/
2) Make a new folder in the /usermaps/ folder named 'mp_ibeta2'
3) Put the two .FF files (mp_ibeta2.FF, mp_ibeta2_load.FF) in the 'mp_ibeta' folder you just created
4) Do this for your redirect location too
5) Drag and drop the mp_ibeta2.IWD into the directory of the mod that you are running
	Example C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/Mods/{yourmodname}/mp_ibeta2.iwd

!!add mp_ibeta2 to your maprotation choosing any of the gametypes listed above, and add "set industry_sound_off 0" or  "set industry_sound_off 1" to your server config!!
