Purpose for making the mod : I downloaded Wingy's webley skin...nice skin...nice sound by the sounds and name didnt quite fit the damages so i raised damages... The only magnum pistol ive seen i, was powerful enough to go through a bear's skull...the default pistol damages in the game cant kill a npc if you shoot them in the head... You can use this with any skin or whatever..i just made this because damges didnt go with the skin's name...(only to the webley)
-raised damges to 300 -raised ammo capacity to 300 for pick up, and start
