Here's another cool new mod by Tally, which gives all the teams a Grease Gun in CoDUO MP. Check out the screenshots below for a glimpse at this "Greaser," and download this great new weapon addition now! ;)
************************* Tally's Greasegun for UO ************************* This is the M3A1 Grease Gun with 30 Round Magazine. The weapon's compact size makes it ideal for use inside tanks, and it remains an issue weapon even today I thought it would be fun to play UO with all 4 teams getting it, so I added it to all weapons menus. //Use First, you must add a server cvar to your server config file: set scr_allow_greaser "1" Second, the best way to run mods is with the fs_game function. So, create a new folder indside the CoD directory (i.e. alongside the 'main' and 'uo' folders), and call it what ever you like. For example, you might call it 'greaser'. This is the new fs_game directory, and you will run UO from here. Place the zz_greasegun_UO.pk3 file in this folder. Also, place your server config file in here as well. Windows Server Startup Now, if your server is run from home, or if you have access to it on your remote server box, edit the CODUOMP.exe shortcut to include your fs_game directory. In my example, it would be something like this: "C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDUOMP.exe" +set fs_game greaser +set developer 1 +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip XXX.XX.XXX +set net_port 28960 +pb_sv_enable +exec dedicated.cfg +map_rotate " For remote server boxes which start via a .bat file, have something like this: @echo off @echo STARTING CODUO SERVER cd C:\Servers\CODUOGFM CoDUOMP.exe +set fs_game greaser +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip XXX.XX.XXX +set net_port 28960 +pb_sv_enable +exec dedicated.cfg @echo COMPLETE Linux Server Startup Edit the autostart_coduo file with something like this: cd $dir ./coduo_lnxded +set net_ip $IP +set net_port $PORT +set dedicated 2 +set fs_homepath $dir +set fs_game greaser +set dedicated 2 +exec dedicated.cfg //Credits The actual gun came via several different sources. It uses sounds from GFM, and skins by Ringo. Speacial mention for all their help: Daffy Number 7 //Support Email: sgt_tally_ho AT hotmail DOT com
