From Labyrinth Productions, original creators of Beyond the Call of Duty, comes the latest version of their great, single-player mod for Call of Duty! I'm sure you all know what it's about, so here's a small list of the updates to get you pumped:

-Installation program for PC (Mac version in the works) that lets you customize the mod to your choosing. -New sound effects for TT-33 and Webley. -Modified sound effets for all weapons. -Remade the gore effects. -Remade muzzle flashes and smoke with much more variables. -Fixed/modified some effects. -Fixed some bugs and problems.

What is it?
Beyond the Call of Duty is a single player mod for Call of Duty. The mod enhances the game with better effects, sounds, skins, lots of realism and much much more.

New features:

-Installation program for PC (Mac version in the works) that lets you customize the mod to your choosing.
-New sound effects for TT-33 and Webley.
-Modified sound effets for all weapons.
-Remade the gore effects.
-Remade muzzle flashes and smoke with much more variables.
-Fixed/modified some effects.
-Fixed some bugs and problems.

Old Features:

-PTRS-41 bullets act like large caliber rifle rounds and not like howitzer shells.
-New/modified weapon skins.
-Kar43, SVT-40, M9A1 Bazooka, TT-33 Tokarev, Silenced Sten and Webley revolver from United Offensive.
-M3 grease gun, and new weapon and character skins from the multiplayer mod Heat of Battle.
-Replaced the BAR in early levels with the M3 (paratroopers in Normandy didn't have BARs).
-New gore effects.
-New Panzer IV, Tiger, T-34 and flak 18 muzzle flash and smoke.
-New explosion effects.
-New/Modified explosion sound effects.
-Panzerfaus shoots smoke and flames out of both ends.
-Stick grenades (M24 and RGD-33) fly further than other grenades.
-Flak 18 ejects shells after each shot.
-New/modified bullet impact effects.
-New flak gun muzzle and tracer effects.
-Only MG's have tracers.
-Enemies and allies use grenades more often.
-Enemies and allies are more aggressive and accurate.
-Allies are as mortal as the enemies.
-Waffen-SS carry Kar43s and some soviet troops SVT-40s. 
-Bolt action rifle that are loaded with stripper clips can no longer be reloaded until there is room for 5 new rounds in the magazine.
-Sten rate of fire redused from 600rpm to about 500-450rpm.
-NPC's fire some semi-automatic weapons little faster.
-Automatic weapons that fire from closed bolt get +1 round when reloading partial magazine due to the one round in the chamber.
-New sound effects for weapons.
-New cocking and reload sound effects for bolt action rifles.
-Grenades can be cooked by holding down the mouse button.
-High Explosive grenades have a 50% smaller damage area than fragmentation grenades.
-RGD-33 grenades have a choise between fragmentation and high explosive due to the removable fragmentation jacket.
-Replaced some soviet troops skins.
-German soldiers with panzerfausts carry kar98ks as backup.
-Modified some weapon names to be more accurate.
-MG42 ejects shells.
-Shells fly out of the weapons more realisticly.
-New world muzzle flashes and smoke for all weapons.
-New view muzzle flashes and smoke for all weapons.
-Since the FG42 looks like the FG42 version 2, it also acts like one now.
-Tanks now have a MG34 as the bow machinegun (MG42 was never used as a fixed machinegun on tanks).
-HUD stripped down to basic health gauge and ammo counter.
-Crosshairs only on fixed guns that have no iron sights to aim through.
-No more names and ranks on the screen.
-No more failed missions due to friendly fire.
-Player gets only 4 grenades at the start of a map.

-Damages modified:
*Rifles, support weapons and machineguns kill a person with 1 shot.
*Stg. 44 and M1A1 Carbine kill a person with 1-2 shots.
*Pistols and SMGs kill a person with 1-3 shots.
*Melee damage based on the size of the weapon.

-Weapons iron sight aiming modified:
*Pistols, SMG's, Stg. 44, support weapons and Panzerfaust have only little zoom.
*M1A1 Carbine has little more zoom.
*Rifles have even more zoom.
*Select fire weapons (Thompson, Stg. 44, Bar etc.) get a zoom bonus on semi-/slow-auto.

-Loadouts modified:
*Bolt action rifles have 22 5-round stripper clips.
*M1A1 Carbine and M1 Garand have 15 extra magazines.
*SVT-40 and Kar43 have 12 extra magazines.
*Thompson, Sten, MP40, BAR, M3 and FG42 have 10 extra magazines.
*Stg. 44 and Bren Mk. 3 have 8 extra magazines.
*Pistols have 4 extra magazines.
*PPSh-41 has 3 extra magazines.

-New ammo pick ups:
*Minimum: 2 magazines (2 stripper clips for bolt rifles)
*Maximum: 4 magazines (4 stripper clips for bolt rifles)
*Only one magazine for PPSh-41 in either case.

-More correct zooms on scopes:
*2.5x M73B1 scope for Springfiel M1903A3
*3.5x PU scope for Mosin-Nagant 1890/30 Sniper
*4x ZF43 scope for Kar98k Sniper
*1.5x ZF41 scope for FG42

Known bugs:
-Since you can't use the compass to guide you at the begining of the boot camp move trough all the signs to pass the objective. The spot varies, but most likely its the first or the last.
-Some character names might still appear on the screen. Can help it.
