These modifications were mainly to improve the map as a Sniping map, but worked well
in improving the fragging aspect of it.

File info - This is a multiple gametype map that is an improved version of the
former final CHK_Smallville_Final.  There are trucks, hay, boxes and walls added, as
well as stairs to one building, and the removal of boards blocking the stairs in
another.
