Completely server-side - no client downloads necessary 
Can be enabled or disabled by toggling the CVar "sv_funny_hats" (1=on, 0=off) 
Should work with most other mods

Installation

Place the pk3 file in the 'Call of Duty\Main' folder for Call of Duty or in the 'Call of Duty\uo' folder for Call of Duty: United Offensive.
