To view the Walktrough:
Place nm_nightmare_Walkthrough.dm_2 into your call of duty/main/demos 
folder. Once its in your call of duty/main/demos folder, 
open Call of duty multiplayer, open colsole (push the ~ key) and type in 
/demo nm_nightmare_Walkthrough 
and press Enter.
