Enlightenment Philosopher unit,
PreReqs: Philosophy
May only be built in cities with libraries
National Unit: Only 4 allowed at one time
Appearance: Redcoat reskin, removed rifle
Enlightenment Philosophers are the Utopian UU, and are twice as efficient as regular philosophers, exploding for 50 culture.

Philosopher unit,
PreReqs: Philosophy
May only be built in cities with Libraries
National Unit: Only 4 allowed at one time
Appearance: Great Artist reskin, removed skull and feathers
Philosophers are "mini culture bombs" who explode for 25 culture. Great for colonising new continents or quelling rebellions!
*Note, these guys are universal units available to all civs. I felt that giving Utopia a UU that does something no-one else can would be a bit unfair, so I gave everyone a base unit that the UU would be an improvement upon.

A few things:

* If anyone has seen a better picture of Adam Smith, PLEASE show me!!!

* Is it possible to assign pre-existing animations to new actions for units? The reason I ask this is that the Enlightenment Philosophers are Redcoat reskins, and as such, have no animation for Great Work missions. The result is that they just stand there for a few seconds and then disappear. Kinda anticlimatic.

Some things I considered changing:
-Making philosophers available at Philosophy and Enlightenment Philosophers available at Liberalism. Unfortunately, instead of Utopia being allowed to build Philosophers between Philosophy and Liberalism, they simply can't build anything until Liberalism. Anyone know of a way to fix this without giving Utopia an extra UU that obsoletes the previous one?

-Making both units available at Liberalism instead of Philosophy. or is that so late in the game that 20 point bombs would be useless?

-Leaving Philosophy as the prereq, but changing the building requirement to University instead. This would make them appear a bit later, but not as late as Liberalism.

-An aesthetic change I considered was to use ancient and rennaisance models for both units. The male settler model could easily become a Greek-y philosopher, and the current models would turn up a bit later in the game. However, as far as I can tell, the only ArtDef switch only kicks in until the modern era, which is waaay too late. Does anyone know if there is some sort of in between ArtDef switch?

I hope you enjoy this Civ, let me know if you have any good suggestions or ideas!
