C&C Retarded is the continuation of the "Retarded" mod series for C&C Generals Zero Hour. This mod is created by just one person. I like to use my ability to understand the code behind the game to manipulate it to the way I see as being the most fun. For me I don't care what I do to a game, as long as in the end it is the most fun experience possible.

The Liquid Tiberium Bomb has been added as a GDI weapon at the Space Command Uplink Building.
Disruption Tower is now stealthed.
Mammoth Tanks are stronger.
All Scrin vehicles can now scale cliffs.
Seed Avatars deploys 3 new kinds of Avatars (MK2) that have a beam that can turn any vehicle into an avatar mk1.
Scrin MCVs now fly much higher.
All of Scrin's Hover units can now move over water.
Walls have been added.
Fanatics now cost 200 and take 3 seconds to build.
Regular Avatars no longer turn vehicles into avatars, only Avatar MK2's do that.
Beam Cannons now cost 700 and take 4 seconds to build.
Grenadiers now cost 200 and take 3 seconds to build.
The Nod Operations Center and GDI Command Post now act as the radar building when a construction yard is not present.
School is starting up soon for me so I won't have much time for modding. I do plan to do weekly updates but they will probably not be that consistent. This is why I decided to call this version 1.0. I hope all of you enjoy this mod very much.

Buzzer Hives have been renamed to Jobber Hives and how contain 14 jobbers per hive. The Swarm has been replaced with "Jobber Spam" - 10 Units (Instead of 7) Orcas can attack other air units now. Shadow teams one hit kill all infantry. Black Hands cause more damage. New Menu Music. Obelisks can fire at aircraft now. Zone Troopers can now fire at aircraft.
