Simply balance of all three :D Zero Hour was great expansion and Kane's Wrath was great expansion:cool:
I can easily pay 60 $ for that

i'd say more units for mutliplayer,but new factions give way more new units so... xD (and no,i don't mean subfaction)

Singleplayer. All Unit-Expansions do are add additional units that people can spam and rush.
And a game that takes less than 30 minutes is boring.

I voted a balance of all three. Take Starcraft: Broodwar for example. It didn't add a new faction, but it had 3 new campaign and new units for each faction. I'd pay $60 for that.
